Are you a Level 3 qualified Childcare/Early Years professional, seeking a new challenge?
Our client is looking for a full time Toddler Room Supervisor to join their team of highly qualified and experienced nursery practitioners and Early Years teachers at their Ofsted Outstanding day nursery.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Toddler Room Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role within the settings unique team. Your responsibilities will include:
·To be responsible for any tasks as outlined by the Nursery Manager
·To support a team of talented practitioners to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes delivery of the curriculum for children’s optimal learning and development
·Collaborating seamlessly with the team for smooth operations and to create an engaging environment for the children
·Share the settings child-led approach to ensure that every child thrives and is supported to reach their full potential as an independent, inquisitive learner
·Build strong relationships with children and their parents/carers and other staff members
·Serve as a key person for specific children and accurately recording their development
·Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Safeguarding regulations
·Upholding and promoting core values and implementing nursery policies and procedures
Essential Skills/Experience:
·A minimum of 1 years experience in a nursery setting is required for this role, with relevant qualifications in Childcare/Early Years at Level 3
·Strong leadership skills and able to support team members
·Confidence in supporting the effective running of the room by being organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise work
·Passionate and enthusiastic about early years education and childcare
·Having great initiative and a “can do” attitude
·Good knowledge of safeguarding with commitment to child protection and health & safety
·Paediatric First Aid (required)
·Safeguarding (required)
·DBS (required)

Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday 43.5 hours per week, to start asap

Upton, CH49 0TN with good public transport links
Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
