Experienced Veterinary Surgeon
Somerset
Full-Time (Part-Time hours considered)
Salary is competitive depending on experience

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly and welcoming practice in Somerset. You will be joining a talented team of 4 Vets and 4 Nurses to work together to provide the best care.

The reputable practice is a purpose-built surgery boasting with great facilities and modern equipment such as ultrasonography, radiography, and inpatient monitoring equipment. They also have one vet who currently has a certificate in imagining and a nurse who has a nutrition certificate.

The Practice is situated in a beautiful town and civil parish in Somerset between Bath and Frome. They are also an excellent commutable distance away from Brecon Beacons National Park.

The Package:
• Salary is competitive depending on experience
• 5 weeks paid holiday, not including bank holidays
• 5 days paid CPD leave

The Role:
• Full-Time with no on-call rota, part-time hours considered
• Shift starts at 8:30am, flexibility with days
• Afternoon consists of consultations until 6:15pm and finishing for the day at 6:30pm
• Saturday mornings are 8:30am-1pm
• Consulting is only between 9am - 12pm

The Candidate:
• Ideally the candidate will be a self-motivated individual
• The candidate will be confident with routine surgery and consults and happy working sole charge
