Role Overview: As the Housing Inspection Readiness Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with Officers and Leaders to drive a culture of excellence in responding to resident needs.
- Lead the implementation of key strategies, policies, and processes ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
- Manage inspection frameworks, plan effectively, and provide support during inspections.
- Conduct gap analysis against draft consumer standards, ensuring evidence of compliance is systematically recorded.
- Develop and maintain an action plan for achieving compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide routine reporting on progress against preparation for regulation activities.
- Drive improvements in cross-departmental working and build strong partnerships for a fair and equitable service.
- Challenge processes and decisions to ensure positive resident experiences are at the heart of what we do.

- Excellent leadership skills and ability to build strong partnerships.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Degree-level education or equivalent.
