About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for Facilities Management Coordinator to join our Facilities Team. The role is based in our Hereford Head Office and is a fixed term contract role covering Maternity Leave for 12 months.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for providing efficient administration services to the Facilities team and HSE Advisor.

 As FM Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for department visitors and contractors and occasionally cover our reception area.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting Facilities team with contractor management, co-ordination, and compliance documentation as well as deploy facilities team members to reactive jobs around the site.
• To provide supportive duties maintaining compliance documents for HSE Advisor. 
• Using a wide range of Microsoft office applications to create scheduled service visits for our own Engineers and sub-contractors ensuring regulatory compliance and asset management.
• General administrative tasks plus adhoc duties.

About You

As our ideal Facilities Management Coordinator, you will have/be:

• Excellent customer service skills, and act with integrity, always representing allpay in a professional and positive manner.
• You will have outstanding communication and relationship building skills.
• You will work collaboratively, supporting and enabling your teams to deliver efficient facilities services to the business.
• You will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, as well as proficient in use of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner app.
• You will be curious enough to find better and more efficient ways of doing things, and to create and document new processes.
• To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, plan and coordinate tasks, and you will have the ability to work in a busy environment – you will be agile enough to adjust plans quickly when needed.
