HR Advisor – Flexitime & hybrid 

A leader in NI industry is seeking to appoint their new HR Advisor on a 14 month maternity contract based in Antrim; offering flexible hours and hybrid working.

Working within a dedicated team, you will work across a variety of HR activities including;

• Recruitment & selection 
• Supporting HR manager and business managers across employee relations
• Assist in devising and delivering a training and development 
• Contribute to the development and revision of new policies and procedures

Keen to speak with candidates who have gained 18 months + experience in an HR officer / Advisor level.
