Your experience:
Whilst recruitment experience is advantageous, we actually prefer candidates that we can train our
way, so a “blank canvas” is the easiest way to do that. We look for these skills:
● Punctual
● Highly Organised
● Driven to be successful (financially, career-driven)
● Strong communication (written and verbal)
● Ambitious - You can earn commission quickly if you put your mind to it (You are in
control of your own paycheck)
● Tech Savvy - this is nice to have but an interest in the Tech industry will only help you
succeed further.

Ideal Background:
We are very open about what industries you have worked at before, in fact, you could be looking for
your first role after finishing college or University. However, here are some of the industries we have
seen successful candidates come from before:
● Digital Marketing
● Recruitment (Ideal but not essential)
● Sales jobs (targeted environment)

● Retail
● Hospitality
● Competitive background
