This innovative and successful 11-18 school first opened in September 2004 and has grown year on year. The school currently has over 1500 students in Y7-13, has excellent facilities and is a dynamic learning community. Required from April 2024 Learning Associate
Grade 5: £24,294-£24,702 (pro-rata) plus Crawley Weighting8.15am-3.00pm Monday to Friday Term-Time only plus Inset DaysWe looking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school.

enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
the ability to encourage students to become independent;
the ability to draw out the best in students;
a broad general education, including a 5 grade or higher in GCSE English and mathematics (or equivalent)
