i-teachers are currently working with a brilliant secondary academy based in the Jarrow area who are looking to find a passionate, engaging and knowledgeable Teacher of Music to join their wonderful performing arts department in September 2024 in a permanent role.

Teacher of Music – Role Information:
- Teacher of Music
- Located in Jarrow (NE31)
- Permanent position beginning September 2024
- MPS – UPS per annum + TLR for right candidate
- Open to both ECTs and experienced teachers
- Working across KS3 & KS4 department
- Providing superb Music subject learning experiences
- Reporting to the Head of Music department

Teacher of Music – Applicant Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status – Secondary Music
- Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
- Good or better prior teaching observations
- Incoming ECT’s and experienced teachers welcome to apply
- Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
- Brilliant classroom management skills
- Ability to build strong rapport with your students
