Job description

Tasks required by this job includes:
• Cook and prepare a wide range of Indian traditional dishes, particularly those that are prepared in a tandoor oven, like kebabs, naan bread, and tandoori chicken.
• Make sure that every meal is prepared and cooked to the highest possible standards.
• Make sure that food waste is managed and kept under control so that it is all utilized efficiently.
• Assist other chefs and the kitchen crew in making sure that every item is served on time and to the highest possible quality.
• Respect food safety and cleanliness laws.
• Assist in keeping the workplace tidy and secure.
• Teach and guide younger chefs in the art of preparing and cooking tandoori cuisine.
