Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager . This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds City Centre. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 38.5 hours. Monday to Thursday 9.00 am till 5.30 pm, Friday 9.00 am till 5.00 pm, with a one hour unpaid break for lunch, to be taken at a time convenient to the Company. Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays 9.00 am till 4.00 pm with a one hour unpaid lunch.The salary ranges from £22,000 to £25,000 .
Let's talk about the role. It involves
1)As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
2)The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties
3)You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.

1) Experience carrying out inventories
2)Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
3) a goodunderstanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
