The Role
As a Regional Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of skilled care workers across our client's branches in the region. You will lead recruitment efforts, develop effective strategies, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and support the delivery of exceptional care services.

Travel - Due to the nature of the role and organisation, the successful candidate will need to be able to travel on a regular basis across the region. Additionally, due to the location of the services, you will need to hold a valid driving licence and have access to you own vehicle.
