Assistant Customer Account Manager
Warwick - twice per week on-site 12 months - Potential extensions My client is an international electricity company and one of the largest investor-owned Energy companies in the world. They play a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millions of people across Great Britain and North-Eastern US in an efficient, reliable and safe manner. Job Purpose: This role is crucial in connecting customers to the high voltage transmission system in England and Wales and turning the UK's net zero ambitions into reality. The Customer Account Manager is the first point of contact for our customers and supports them through our connections process. They're the voice of the customer internally and ensure we know the customer's needs and requirements, whilst mitigating risks through contractual management of our connection agreements with the Electricity System Operator. Key Accountabilities: Assist the Senior CAM with managing their strategic accounts and relationships. Support the Senior CAM contractual management of our connection agreements. Build and establish a relationship with smaller portfolio customers. Log customer complaints in our CRM system and assist the Senior CAM with resolving these quickly. Capture customer intelligence and proactively use our CRM system to ensure our data is accurate. Understand customer's individual needs and keep them updated via progress meetings and communications.Job tags
