Senior Architectural Technologist
Huddersfield £45,000 - £50,000 + Great Benefits + Progression Excellent role on offer for a Senior Architectural Technologist looking to join an innovative construction consultancy who predominantly work within the social housing sector. Are you a Senior Architectural Technologist with experience in residential construction? Are you looking to join an expanding and passionate company who are looking for a senior member to join their team in a team leader role? This company are a multi-disciplinary practice who are known for their unique designs, working with a large number of councils and housing associations. They have continued to grow over the last few years and have some exciting projects coming up, so are therefore looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team and lead the team. In this role you will be leading a fast-paced team, and will have a varied work load, working on multiple projects, leading the team. The projects vary in size and scale from large scale new build residential developments, social housing schemes, major fire safety and recladding to existing tower blocks. Your role will be hybrid, working from home and from site, ensuring you attend client meetings and liaising with contractors providing technical advice where needed. Your main responsibility will be to produce technical design drawings for RIBA stages 2 to 6. This varied and exciting role would suit someone who has strong Architectural experience at a senior level, with a background in residential/housing and refurbishment projects. You will have strong experience using both Revit as well as experience with building regulations. It is essential that you have a strong technical ability in all forms of construction and great interpersonal and communication skills.
