Job Description

A building control surveyor, will do the following:


1. **Reviewing Plans**: Building control surveyors review architectural plans and engineering drawings to ensure they comply with building regulations, local ordinances, and national standards.


2. **Site Inspections**: They conduct regular inspections at various stages of construction to ensure that the work is being carried out in accordance with approved plans and regulatory requirements. 3. **Issuing Permits**: Building control surveyors assess permit applications and issue permits for construction projects once they meet all necessary criteria and regulations.
