Are you an empathetic Mental health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 7 Mental health Practitioner to join an innovative team and a well-established NHS trust based in Leeds, Yorkshire. The role is available to start as soon as possible, and the appointed candidate will need to work full-time hours per week for an initial 3-month period with a view to extending. As this is a band 7/8a position, our client will also welcome Newly Qualified Psychologists as well as experienced candidates.

The successful Mental health Practitioner will be assessing a caseload of people with various mental health conditions.

Skills and experience needed:

• Able to complete urgent assessments
• Extensive experience working as a Mental health Practitioner
• Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
• Experience with a wide range of young people’s mental health presentations
• Can work well independently and as part of the team
