The Commercial insurance rating engines are primarily built within the Willis Towers Watson Radar application. If required, training will be provided to enable you to use your transferrable skills to develop Commercial insurance rating engines.
Engaging with the wider group of internal stakeholders including underwriters, product owners and pricing analysts to ensure the Commercial business strategy is supported and that business needs and timeframes are met.
Engaging with our external stakeholders - third party providers to develop new functionality and deliver change.
Challenge orthodoxy and identify opportunities for improvements by making recommendations to enhance the efficiency of our Radar models and wider change processes.
Take ownership of pre- and post- live testing process to ensure quality and accuracy of changes.

Identify, own and manage the risks in line with the company risk framework. Communicate and escalate to peers and team managers in a timely manner where you have discovered price, model or data issues and suggest appropriate remedial actions.
Reinforce the culture and core values of DLG through appropriate behaviours and actions
What we are looking for:
You will exhibit good communication skills and be able to work effectively within your team.
You will be able to work under your own direction, and deliver against agreed objectives.
Knowledge of the WTW Radar software would be beneficial but not essential.
Ability to define and execute test strategies to minimize risk of errors.
Ability to interpret XML files
Familiarity with programming languages and software such as SQL, SAS Python & Tableau.
