Job Title: Nursery Nurse (Short-Term Contract from Easter until summer)
Location: Lincoln
Start: Easter to summer - potentially permanent if you do well during the placement.
Salary: £12 AN HOUR GUARANTEED

Aspire People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Nurses to join our team in Lincoln. I am working closely with a primary school who require a level 3 qualified nursery nurse and then may consider someone with a level 2. You would be factored into the nursery ratio, so they do require a reliable member of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment conducive to children's learning and development.
* Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children's individual needs and interests.
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
* Minimum Level 2 Childcare Qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
* Preferably hold a Paediatric First Aid (PFA) qualification.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
