National Account Manager
£45,000 plus £5,500 car allowance

Your role: Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you'll be at the forefront of the Private Label division, driving profitable growth and fostering new business opportunities. Here's what you'll be up to:
- Lead the charge in managing day-to-day operations and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the continued success of our Private Label brands.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance profitability, including maintaining accurate demand forecasts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and driving promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including NPD, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to deliver on key customer strategies and initiatives.
- Champion new product development initiatives to drive sales and profitability across all channels.
What You Bring to the Table: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A solid background in the pet food industry is essential to hit the ground running.
- A sound understanding of sales, marketing, and NPD processes will be critical to your success.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must for building and maintaining fruitful relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and effective time management will help you stay on top of multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential for analysing data and creating impactful presentations.
