Job Description
- Manage and grow relationships with existing retail clients
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximise profit and meet sales targets
- Identify and attract prospective clients
- Coordinate with other departments to improve customer service
- Prepare reports on account status
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts
- Stay current with retail industry trends
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A customer-oriented approach with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong understanding of the retail industry and its customer service processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
