Job description
A forward thinking and sustainability minded Construction Consultancy is looking to enhance their Plymouth office with the addition of an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a well established consultancy with over 50 years success in the industry and 5 offices nationwide.
After considerable growth in the South West region the last couple years, this consultancy established a strong presence in the region and moved into a stunning office overlooking the waterfront in Plymouth.
Working in the Private Sector, there is an incredibly diverse and varied workload such as Student Accommodation, Private Developments & Residential. Also, branching out into Education (colleges, schools, higher education), Hotel, Blue Light & Defence.
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will be the third QS to join the team, working closely alongside a Chartered Senior and Associate. This flat company structure allows not only for uncapped progression opportunities, considerable autonomy with flexible working, but also the perfect environment for someone in need of a final push towards their APC.
If you're someone who feels they have stagnated, is in need of a final push in order to sit your APC, or generally needs support in this area - working side by side with two Chartered senior professionals with over 25 years combined experience in the industry, committed to helping you achieve MRICS will undoubtedly prove to be the perfect place for you.
