As the IT Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our IT services. You will lead a team of skilled professionals, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT systems and services. From managing helpdesk support to implementing strategic initiatives, you will be instrumental in driving technological advancement across our institution.
