Account Executive 

Join our dynamic team at REL Field Marketing as a Full-Time Account Executive on our Experiential team!

Position : Account Executive
Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
Salary : £24,000 to £26,000 per annum + annual company bonus scheme
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with some evening and weekend flexibility
Location : Head office (RG41) with opportunities for home working/on-site activation visits

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Account Manager and Clients to execute exciting experiential events.
• Support each campaign from client brief to final delivery.
• Attend client calls, maintain project plans, and update status reports.
• Efficiently manage time to meet tight deadlines.
• Oversee warehouse processes including delivery of materials and managing logistics.
• Handle journey planning and logistics management.
• Assist with staff recruitment and maintain strong relationships.
• Create detailed staff briefs and be the first point of contact for on-site staff.
• Coordinate on-site visits and event installations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare comprehensive reports for clients.

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, involved in planning and delivering experiential events.
• Some experience in client handling.
• Possession of a full driving license.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive team player attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
