Working as part of a dynamic Estates and Facilities Management team, delivering a comprehensive building and mechanical and electrical surveying service covering all the PCC’s Estate Portfolio in Lincolnshire.

Support the Estate and Facilities Management Team with data from the outcomes of the premises condition surveys for a broad range of purposes, for example backlog maintenance reports, budget setting, energy management ensuring compliance with all Statutory requirements and best practice.

The post holder will actively support the day-to-day maintenance, replacement, and planned project works at designated properties throughout the Lincolnshire Police estate.

The role includes the coordination and procurement of contractors for the delivery of the Force’s Buildings Capital Programme and revenue repair, planned maintenance, minor works and Estate optimisation projects. To lead and direct consultants, contractors, suppliers and support staff in their duties necessary to deliver these programmes.

To work and demonstrate the values, principles and standards of behaviors expected by the Chief Constable. All staff involved in carrying out functions in this role will do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.

The Postholder will be allocated a geographical area and be responsible for all premises within that area so will required to travel to any Lincolnshire Police premise as part of their duties.

The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
