Remuneration: £475 PER DAY

Description: Part-time or Full-time LOCUM Dentist required for 2 -5 days  in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
•    £475 PER DAY 
•    Fully computerised surgeries
•    Digital x-rays, Rotary Endo and Apex Locators
•    Air conditioned surgeries
•    Existing, well maintained list
•    Excellent support team with highly experienced staff
•    Hygienist on site              
•    Practice offers implants
•    Close to Barnsley Town Centre
•    35 minutes to Leeds and Sheffield
•    Available now, start date negotiable.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
