We provide residential support for people with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions. As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. Job Advert Role Description We are looking for positive, energetic, organised, compasionate and proactive individual to join our team as Senior Support Worker. Covering our Millburn service the ideal candidate will be skilled in all aspects of leading the House 3 and 5 team on the day. We need someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload with the skill and ability to produce rotas, supervise support staff on the floor and update care plans, complete good quality daily records and complete all other required forms and records. We need someone who puts our residents needs and wellbeing at the core of what they do who is willing to go the extra mile for them. If this is you then we would be delighted to hear from you. Both personal care and participation in activities are key parts of the Senior Support Worker role, so energy, excellent communication and organisational skills are vital.
