The Role
In this role, you will be driving our company's growth by initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying inbound leads and guiding them through the sales cycle. Your primary objective will be to identify genuine sales opportunities, exceed KPIs and contribute to achieving our sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include delivering qualified leads and securing new business opportunities for our sales team. This will involve implementing strategic campaigns, utilizing social media to enhance brand awareness and proactively reaching out to both cold and warm prospects. Through your efforts, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects into valuable leads.

Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Prospecting into Enterprise Accounts, looking for decision makers and having in-depth conversations.
- Identify white space opportunities within existing accounts where additional solutions could be introduced.
- Account Mapping, draw upon experience to assess complex business structures and challenges.
- Generate new Enterprise sales opportunities by researching prospects and identifying key stakeholders within Enterprise segmented businesses.
- Reach out to C-Level + executives using all available outbound sales channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn)
- Work closely with the Enterprise AE’s to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Manage and maintain CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring all sales related activity are input accurately and efficiently.
- Use Sales enablement tools and sales intelligence to improve processes.
- Learn about the industry by reading, watching videos, listening to podcasts, and liaising with internal colleagues to prepare you for having knowledgeable, credible, and transparent conversations with prospective customers in the industry.
- Build effective relationships with new and prospective customers, managing them along the qualification process until it is appropriate to book an appointment.
- Consistently achieve required sales activity metrics and targets (calls, time, CRM usage, leads)
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for sales teams by booking and scheduling discovery calls and online demos with potential customers, against predefined targets
Data Management
- Ensure proactive and timely updates to opportunity progress in the CRM system, so that the business has access to accurate professional reports and forecasts in real time.
- Carrying out data cleansing activities to provide accurate information and support for marketing campaigns and to increase new business opportunities.
- Carrying out data building activities in order to provide accurate information and support for calling campaigns.
- Identifying renewal opportunities and gather customer information to ensure efficiency of renewal process.

- Proven experience as an enterprise SDR
- A strong track record of individual performance of hitting pipeline targets
- Strong understanding of Enterprise sales
- Resilience and proactive attitude
- The ability to learn quickly and drive to succeed
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Technical/digital savviness
- Curious & organised
- Coachable and eager to learn
- A degree, diploma or equivalent education is a preference (but not a requirement)

- Salesforce, Salesloft Highspot experience
