Job description

An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Qualified High-Intensity Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a dynamic talking therapy private service based in Chelmsford, Essex. Candidates must have prison clearance to work with inmates. The appointed Cognitive behavioural therapist will be able to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours each week for 3-6 months initially.

The post holder will specialise in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a highly effective approach to addressing criminal behaviour, addiction, and anger management. The post holder will help empower inmates to make positive life changes. experience working within the challenging environment of prisons, the successful Band 7 CBT Therapist understands the unique needs and complexities of incarcerated individuals. applying therapists must have completed LTC training, BABCP accreditation and some previous IAPT experience.
