Your role and responsibilities
In this varied, challenging and rewarding role, you will work flexibly across the team to provide administrative support on a wide range of projects and programmes, to support a sustainable provision of School Travel in Suffolk.
- day to day you will provide specific processes carried out in our service area including administrative, financial, IT and HR
- support a team and plan, prioritise, and monitor work for self and others
- communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, problem-solve and identify improvements to our services.
What you will need
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is committed to delivering a reputable transport service in Suffolk. As such you will need to have experience of:
- working in an administrative role that has policy, legislation, and regulation requirements
- maintaining management of accurate systems used to record activity and outcomes
- timely production of service and statistical reports
- working in collaboration with other Business Support Coordinators to help support and cover workloads as required.

We are a busy team that provides a range of transport services; home-to-school travel, including SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disability) and Adult social care transport, local bus services, and community transport.
We work quite flexibly, but you will be expected to be in the office, normally, for 40% of your working time. Days to be agreed.
