Job Description
- Lead and manage the financial control team.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Responsible for the Tax affairs of the company effectively and efficiently (VAT and Corporation).
- Implement and monitor financial controls and procedures.
- Line management of a small team
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems.
- Coordinate and manage annual audits.
- Provide financial planning and budgeting support.
- Oversee financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Financial Control should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
