Job description

Are you seeking a new role as an Administrator/Receptionist? Are you free to start in April/May?

Working for a firm of Chartered Accountants, based in Otley, West Yorkshire, within a small busy office, your duties as Administrator/Receptionist will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Copy typing using Word and Excel
Filing, photocopying
Organising outgoing post using a Pitney Bowes franking machine
General administrative duties as required
Supporting the accountants in an administrative role
Data inputting using bespoke accountants time recording software, entering invoices (sales invoicing) and receipts (fee receipts allocation) printing monthly reports for Directors.

You will work well under pressure and have:

Good communication skills
A pleasant and friendly telephone manner
Good IT and administration/secretarial skills, accurate typing
Good attention to detail and presentation

In return, we offer a friendly team working environment with lots of variety. This role is permanent and the hours of work are 09:00 until 17:30 Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.

Annual leave 22:50 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Salary - negotiable
