Your new role
In your new role, you will be working alongside a number of key operational departments. The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional service to established and new clientele and also to provide operational support, to contribute to the success and growth of the business. Your key responsibilities will look like the following:

• Supporting the sales and production team to meet revenue targets
• Generating relevant documents for customers
• Dispatching customers' orders through their inhouse ERP system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
• Support the integration of a new system for the company
• Process mult-currency supplier invoices into the ERP system
• Daily monitoring of banks and allocation of cash against suppliers

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 GCSEs - Maths and English (Grades A-C)
• Desirable - third level qualification
• 1 years experience working in an administrative function
• Experience working in a large, global organisation
• Experience using a variety of data sources and IT systems
• Experience of working with customers
• Excellent MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
• Excellent organisation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business
