As a Site Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Managing onsite operations ensuring the strategy of the project team is achieved
• Day to day on-site management of all site personnel & reporting any issues to PM or QS
• Conducting regular Toolbox talks on processes, procedures and Health & Safety information
• Collaborating with other departments/teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
• Preparing all site documentation as required by the Contract and Project Manager
• Managing, reporting and implementing on daily activities, site risk, health & safety
• Maintaining & exceeding customer expectations & satisfaction at all times
We’re looking for a Site Manager with…
• Full UK driving license
• CSCS Site Manager qualification
• Proven site manager experience ideally with an SMSTS qualification
• Exceptional leadership & organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written & verbal with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Thorough understanding of industry related laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft office
