Supporting over 2,500 individuals across the country, we offer a diverse range of services for all ages and abilities.
Our wonderful site in Chertsey houses three specialist buildings, each with great facilities and services. These include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, a specialist nursery, hydrotherapy, holiday clubs, personal support in the home, short breaks, fitness and rehabilitation. We also offer many activities such as trips out, art, baking, swimming, and much more!
We are now looking for two Business Support Officers to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, as part of either our Treetops or 5 - 18 services. We will consider job-shares and those seeking part-time hours.

The Role
As a Business Support Officer, you will support the effective and efficient delivery of our services.
Leading the development and digitisation of our business processes, you’ll ensure that our service is accessible to young people, staff are aware of their work schedules and that all information is collected and managed appropriately.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you’ll support the goals of the service and enable continuous improvement. You’ll respond to queries, assist with referrals and manage bookings for events, allocation of spaces and staff rotas.
Additionally, you’ll gather and report key service information, such as attendance, and monitor timelines for the completion of tasks.
About You
To be considered as a Business Support Officer, you will need:
- Experience of administration and data processes
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with acute attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of the concept of a ‘customer journey’
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of UK GDPR requirements
- An understanding of Microsoft Office 365 applications, including SharePoint and Teams
