Job description
Robert Half is excited to be exclusively partnered with a global tech business in their pursuit for an interim EMEA Payroll Specialist. This is a newly created role to the UK and will partner an established stablished team to provide support to the UK and several other countries across Europe and Oceania.
The Role:
Reporting to the Global Payroll Director you will work within pre-existing frameworks, providing advice on payroll accuracy and efficiency. Where appropriate you will liaise with international payroll bureaus ensuring that accuracy and efficiency are always maintained.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role you should have had experience processing a payroll for several years, involved in the process from end to end. A keen eye for detail and either an understanding of regional nuances or the aptitude to learn them. You should have a good level of understanding of Microsoft excel, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and be able to demonstrate confidence when dealing with stakeholders of all levels.
Salary & Benefits:
An interim salary of between £40 & £50,000 per annum is offered. This will be payable on a daily rate offered as an inside of IR35 role. There is a possibility for this role to go permanent after the initial 3 to 6-month period should both parties wish to do so.
