Job description
Our client is an independently owned free-range pig production company that produces premium top-end pork products.
They are looking for someone to work across all areas of the unit, with a primary focus on the fattening side of the business.
This is not your typical large-scale commercial herd but a 110-sow specifically bred with premium quality in mind for the new markets.
The producer is looking for someone to bring their ideas to the table. Candidates with good tractor driving and telehandler skills will have an advantage.
The whole operation, breeding-to-finishing, is outdoors on a 5-week system, plus they breed their own gilts.
Plus:
Hours:07:30 - 16:00 + every other weekend – 07:30 - 11:00.
