Branch Manager - South Manchester
Up to £30,000 DOE plus bonus

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the Manchester & Liverpool operations
- Managing all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio
- Recruit new team members
- Manage & Support Asset Managers with utility management
- Managing in-tenancy legal notices
- Introducing and educating new legislation requirements and HMO licensing to Landlords
- Support asset managers with investment advice on landlords' current and new portfolios
- Proactively create and convert new landlord and investor leads
- Manage the marketing and advertising of the portfolio and marketing events alongside Marketing Manager
- Deliver monthly 1-2-1s, staff reviews and annual appraisals
- Set Lettings KPIs and review on a monthly basis with the Operations Manager
- Review the branches' monthly profit and loss reports with the Operations Manager
- Responsible for office cars, cleaning, organizing MOTs, tax and repairs
What you will have
Circa 3 years’ experience working within a senior position within the property industry. Thorough knowledge and understanding of lettings. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle (as will be traveling to Liverpool branch approx. once a week). Ideally ARLA Qualification.
