Job description
This trend led fashion brand are seeking a methodical and analytical fashion administrator to work for them, this brand is going from strength to strength and the team is growing continuously!
You will be building and developing strong working relationships across wholesale partners, the buying and merch team as well as the warehouse to ensure smooth running of Wholesale department.
Duties will include:
- Providing order confirmations to wholesale partners.
- Collate POs, ensuring they are received accurately and in a timely manner to ensure stock goes out on time.
- Ensure the warehouse system is updated for all deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Resolve and deal with all partner queries relating to stocks/deliveries.
