Heights Mortgages are looking for an experienced self-employed professional Adviser. The ideal candidate must be proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to deal with clients in a professional and charismatic manner to represent the company image to a high standard. Must have excellent time keeping and management skills, be flexible with cases and have a strong belief in the quality of advice in maintaining client relationships.

The successful candidate will be working within set targets and will be required to write a minimum of 7 cases per month. Admin support provided. Position available for immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Providing Mortgage and Protection advice
• Proactively contacting clients in advance of their mortgage expiry dates
• Sourcing and managing new leads
• Taking part in the company’s annual marketing events
• Working towards set targets on a monthly basis
• Guaranteeing that the advice you give is tailored to each individual client
• Ensuring the company image are represented and maintained to a high standard

Requirements:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Experienced in Mortgage and Protection Advice
