Sacco Mann have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a fee earner to join a successful law firm's Scunthorpe office in Lincolnshire. This would suit an individual with previous experience in handling their own Children's Law public work caseload.
The firm My client are a close-knit team of lawyers providing excellent legal services across various practice areas including property, commercial law, family law and personal injury, to name a few. Over their many years of establishment, the firm have expanded across the Lincolnshire region and have truly made a name for themselves as a reputable and successful law firm.
The Children's Law Fee Earner role - Managing your own diverse caseload of Children's Law matters.
- Meeting clients and taking instructions, handling the case from inception to completion
- Building solid relationships with your clients and third parties alike, ensuring each party is kept up to date on the progress of their case
The ideal candidate
- You will ideally be an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a solid background in Children's Law to be considered for this Children's Law Fee Earner role
- You will have legal aid and court experience
- You will have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- You will be organised with the ability to effectively prioritise your work
