The role: Behaviour mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor you will be working in small groups or on a 1:1 basis with students with Autism supporting with specific subjects. You must have experience working in schools, Teaching assistant level 3, Trained in PECS and Makaton and experience working with SEN Students. Behaviour mentor is to support a student with their emotional, physical and social needs. You will help support this student with their work and relay to class teacher regarding their progress.
