Overview

Our client are an interlinked nutrition and natural business that encompass education, nutrition and wellbeing clinics and also a premium range of vitamin and mineral supplements formulated to support women through all life stages.  They are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to be a key member of the management team and help drive growth across their brands

The Person

You need to be an experienced sales and marketing professional who can demonstrate that you’ve created and implemented strategies and content across multiple channels to build brand awareness, encourage customer retention and secure B2B and B2C revenues. You need the ability to lead and be comfortable with accountability against clear project briefs and KPIs.

Strong branding and asset management experience along with a creative solutions-based outlook is desirable.

The Role

Manage internal and external communications and projects, either directly or in association with other senior management. Areas will include but are not exclusive to:

• All digital communications in association with our retained digital consultant on new NHP website build and optimisation, email campaigns, offers and broadcasts, social media, organic and FB advertising,
• Database segmentation and targeted promotions. Increase reactivation of Lapsed /opted-in to Actives file.
• NPD launches,
• Affiliates management,
• Oversee the CS team with inbound and outbound activity.
• Support development of all other routes to market in order to expand our brand in terms of reach and revenue;
• manage and develop new and existing client relationships and keep pace with developments in the natural health sector;
• to understand sales / margins / relationships and manage UK distribution- and key accounts.
• Be responsible for international and UK B2B key accounts sales and marketing growth and targets;
• manage and motivate the sales and marketing team;
• excel in web development and social media platforms;
• sell our product and services portfolio via e-commerce or customer service sales team;
• Work alongside the events team to support maximisation of event attendee conversions to GNC and or NHP/HD active customer.
• Able to analyse performance of daily sales, promotions, product launches etc. and assess viability of projects including projections and forecasts.
