The role:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents according to their individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents' health, vital signs, and any changes in condition, reporting to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create and update care plans, ensuring resident needs are met.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility as needed.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
