Position: Head of Operations / Regional Operations Manager
Covering Bedfordshire and Southampton
Salary: £80,000

On behalf of a well-respected Care organisation, I am looking for an exceptional Regional Operations Manager to provide business management, leadership, and mentorship to 10 elderly, dementia and nursing and residential homes across Bedfordshire and Southampton
The organisation has a great reputation and almost all of their homes are modern, and purpose built and cater for the elderly nursing needs and those with dementia. They have strong core values and are looking for someone who shares their passion and commitment towards excellent care but who also appreciates the business side of such a senior role.
Ideal candidates will be RGN qualified with an active NMC pin but this is NOT essential
You role will be to oversee the management of approximately 10 nursing and residential homes primarily in the Bedfordshire and Southapmton area and will include budgeting, auditing, overseeing quality of care, dealing with complaints, recruitment and business management.

The Head of Operations / Regional Operations Manager Specification:
-Regional/Operations management experience / will consider very experienced Home Managers looking to take the next step
-Relevant care industry experience
-A proven business management/ marketing record
-Commercial experience
-Business/Management qualifications ideal but not necessary
