Key Responsibilities 
- Manage operations intelligent hub 
- Support & assist area Field managers to deliver exceptional service levels and Liaison with supply partners 
- Manage and ensure all health and safety measures are in place from management of the depot (Controller of Premises) to the planning of the works using Risk Assessments. 
- On occasions visit job sites 
- Gather business requirements and carry out gap analysis for People Management, Process Management, Data Management and technology Solutions. 
- Define business solution and support business change management initiatives 
- Build competency with in back office team 
- Liaise with teams working remotely. 
Essential Experience 
- Gas or Water or Power utilities domain knowledge 
- Cross utility functional knowledge (Gas, Water, Electricity) 
- Knowledge and experience of best practices in work management 
- Knowledge of NRSWA 
- Managed repair and replacement schemes 
- Managed repair and planning business process 
- Gathered business requirements for business needs 
- Documented solution specifications (business and functional) 
Desired Experience 
- Managed Repair Planning & Scheduling Team through organisational change 
- Contract Management 
- Conducted investigation into reasons for customer contacts 
- Implemented new process to proactively contact customers 
- Understanding of Street works systems like Insight, Mayrise 
- Experience in using Excel, Word and Ms Power point 
- Knowledge and hands on experience of Gas or Water or Power Distribution.
