Commercial Manager (1) Ref: 6074
Type: Contract / Freelance
Based in: Luton
Salary: £425 - £475 per shift
Package: Company vehicle and bonus incentives
Commercial Manager for Demolition, Civils and Groundworks projects. Would suit someone able to do Estimating / QS work / Commercial Management.
Commercial Manager. Generally working on 4-5 projects from £50k to £2m, with larger schemes to £4-5m. Ideally with a background in working with Demolition, Civils and Groundworks for sub-contractors.
Commercial Manager. We are looking for someone who is commercially astute, understands the formation / foundations of contracts, recognising the important elements of contracts, including the fine print. You should be capable of justifying cost changes on site operations, whilst being able to put together a proposal or tender package.
Commercial Manager. Qualifications, whilst desirable, are not essential as it is your commercial skills that are most important. You must be interested in the details of the contract and be able to recognise and record changes that are cost related in revenue or time mitigation.
Commercial Manager. You may be a Quantity Surveyor whose career potential is stalled or someone seeking to take full responsibility for a division within a company. You need to be self-motivated and hungry to succeed and develop your full potential.
Commercial Manager.
Package negotiable. £425 - £475 plus vehicle and bonus incentives.
Working from the office near Luton, site-based with some WFH possible.
