Job description

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting a Qualified Secondary Tutor to help support children who need additional support with their education, outside the classroom.

CONTRACT / POSITION DETAILS:

* Location - Trafford

* Position - Secondary Tutor

* Start date - ASAP

* Duration / Likely Duration - Full academic year

* End date (if applicable) - July 2023

* Part time - Flexible Hours

* £25 - £30 per hour

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold QTS or Previous experience of working with students on 1:1 basis
• Proven track record of improving students performances
• Team Teach Qualification would be highly desirable
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
• DBS on update service

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

- Hold Right to Work in the UK

- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

- Provide two professional references
