Job description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Royalties Department as a Rights Team Leader.

The Royalty Department is positioned within Finance Services, and they are responsible for making sure our authors receive accurate royalty statements and payments, based on their contractual entitlement.

The Rights processing team, within Royalties, are responsible for ensuring that the financial elements of rights contracts are interpreted into the royalty system correctly and that Licensee’s financial statements and payments are allocated accurately.

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong management experience, enthusiasm and a positive, flexible working approach to join our team on a permanent basis.

Experience working in a Royalty function would be an advantage for this role but is not essential.

Salary:  up to £31,000 depending on how your experience and skills align to the role

For this role we expect you in the office at least once a week, based in Frating, Colchester.
