Job description

Recruitment Services Administrator - Part time Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm OR Full time 37.75 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Private Health, 6.6 weeks holiday, extra time off on your birthday and with long service.

TELPASC is a trading name of ethero ltd, a recruitment organisation established circa 15 years ago. In 2023 we became one of six licenced operators in the UK with the ability to sponsor international workers and fulfil the recruitment needs of growers in the horticultural sector throughout England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland for up to 6 months, providing critical resource to ensure they can supply UK grown products.

We are expanding our team and invite applicants who have first class accuracy, analytical and organisational skills; excellent communication and relationship building abilities - both written and verbal; thrive on delivering quality and demonstrating attention to detail; and are generally an all-round superb administrator with experience of working well under pressure and with changing demands.

We work with teams in Scotland, Serbia, Croatia, Romania and Central Asia, so experience with remote and collaborative working would be advantageous.

Working within our UK based Recruitment Central Services team, day to day duties will include but are not limited to;

• Being a key support for the Service and Administration Manager in accurately processing sponsorship certificates via the Governments Sponsored Management System;
• Ensuring adherence in following processes set out in the TELPASC Standard Operating Procedures;
• Supporting in the co-ordination of workers arrival in the UK, arrival to their place of work, transfers and leavers;
• Ensure all movement of workers is tracked, logged, communicated and reported in line with Home Office guidelines;
• Communicate well, maintaining positive relationships and provide co-ordination support for recruitment teams when tracking workers;
• Support with financial work activities and reporting checks and raise queries with client contacts as appropriate and as instructed;
• Ensure all discrepancies in information and data are reported, resolved or escalated;
• Support with DEFRA quarterly reporting by help to report and analyse information via our recruitment system;
• Support the company in achieving the highest level of compliance by playing your part in achieving our legal obligations;
• Provide assistance in monitoring new orders and support with sales, worker welfare and finance teams as reasonably required.
