An experienced and ambitious Architectural Technologist is required to join one of London’s leading Architectural studio’s in their offices right in Central London. This would be an outstanding opportunity to join a market leading studio who are very well-established with a long history in the industry. The studio is going from strength to strength with an incredibly busy workload of new projects and would be an ideal time to join the studio as they go through exceptional growth.
Package - Up to £45,000 p/annum (commensurate with experience)

Role This position would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2 - 3 years’ post qualification industry experience working on UK based projects for the high rise Residential sector, specifically working on cladding remediation work. You will be required to deliver the technical stages of cladding remediation projects and must have proven experience of working on several high-rise Residential projects with exceptional knowledge of building regs pertaining to cladding. You must be an expert user of AutoCad and be confident taking the lead on projects. Excellent communication ability is essential as you will be liaising with both clients, contractors and other internal stakeholders. Excellent working knowledge of the relevant building regulations is essential.
Requirements - A minimum of 2 - 3 years’ industry experience
- ARB registered or CIAT accredit Architect/Technologist is preferred
- Proven experience in the High-rise Residential project sector specifically in Cladding remediation
- Fully proficient user of AutoCad is essential
- Confident on Technical Delivery of projects
- A high-quality portfolio of previous work
- Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent communication skills are essential (written and verbal)
