If so, then this Service Design Executive role with Reed in Partnership could be for you!

We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. Reed in Partnership is a public service provider specialising in skills training for the long-term unemployed, increasing employment opportunities by working with employers and providing youth services.

Please note this is a Fixed term contract for 18.5 months starting in April 2024.

What is the role about?

The role of Service Design Executive is to support the Service Design Lead to ensure a successful implementation of a large-scale project. Reporting to the Service Design Lead, you will assist with varied service design activities throughout the implementation, from contract award up to contract commencement. These are varied roles which will encompass service design & delivery, staff and partner training, research & analysis, preparing delivery materials, preparing reports, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we have met our commitments from the commissioner.

You will be required to regularly work with other departments and workstream leads during contract and project mobilisation, notably Operations, Finance, Business Intelligence, Systems and Compliance.
